DeepNActive Apparel Ambassador Terms & Condition (English)

1. BA Code Usage
The BA Code can be used for purchases through Offline Store / Website deepnactive.com, Shopee, and Tokopedia.

2. Personal BA Purchase
To receive the personal purchase discount, Ambassadors must make their purchase through the Offline Store / Website deepnactive.com and use their own BA Code.

3. Content & Posting Requirements
All required feed and Reels content according to the Ambassador’s level must be posted within the specified timeframe. Failure to fulfill the content requirements may result in the automatic cancellation of BA status.

4. Transaction Counting
All valid transactions made using a BA Code will count toward the Ambassador’s transaction requirements, including personal purchases made by the Ambassador themselves.

5. Level Upgrade Requirements
To advance to the next level, all requirements for that level must be fulfilled. Ambassadors cannot advance to the next level based on transaction numbers alone if the other requirements have not been met.

6. BA Code Misuse & Self-Referral
Ambassadors are prohibited from using their BA Code in any way intended to manipulate transactions, the reward system, or obtain unfair benefits.

7. Discount & Promotion Combination
BA discounts, rewards, or other benefits cannot be combined with certain promotions, unless otherwise stated by DeepNActive Apparel.

8. Cancelled / Refunded Transactions
Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, or deemed invalid will not be counted toward level advancement or reward eligibility.

9. Content Authenticity
Content created by Ambassadors must be original and must not contain misleading claims regarding products, prices, promotions, or DeepNActive.

10. Brand Representation
As representatives of DeepNActive Apparel, Ambassadors are expected to maintain attitudes, communication, and an image that align with the values and identity of DeepNActive when using their Ambassador status or promoting the brand.

11. Reviews & Ratings
Ambassadors are prohibited from providing harmful, offensive, or intentionally misleading reviews or ratings of DeepNActive that do not reflect their genuine product experience.

12. Responsibility for BA Code
Ambassadors are responsible for the use of their BA Code and are prohibited from misusing or sharing access to their BA Code for purposes that are not aligned with the Ambassador Program.

13. Program Changes
DeepNActive Apparel reserves the right to make changes to the benefits, requirements, rewards, or mechanisms of the Ambassador Program, with prior notice to Ambassadors.

14. Termination of BA Status
DeepNActive reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Ambassador’s status if the Ambassador violates the program terms, misuses their BA Code, provides false information, or engages in actions that may harm DeepNActive.

15. Reward Validity
Points or rewards earned from transactions that are invalid, cancelled, refunded, or suspected of fraudulent activitywill be automatically revoked.

16. Benefits After BA Status Termination
Upon termination or cancellation of Ambassador status, all unused Ambassador benefits, discounts, and rewards may be forfeited.

 
DeepNActive Apparel Ambassador Terms & Condition (Bahasa Indonesia)

1. Penggunaan BA Code
BA Code dapat digunakan untuk pembelanjaan melalui Offline Store/Website deepnactive.com , Shopee, dan Tokopedia.

2. Pembelian Personal BA
Untuk mendapatkan diskon pembelian personal, Ambassador wajib melakukan pembelian melalui Offline Store/Website deepnactive.com dan menggunakan BA Code miliknya.

3. Kewajiban Content & Posting
Seluruh ketentuan posting feed dan reels sesuai dengan level BA wajib dilaksanakan dalam batas waktu yang telah ditentukan. Apabila kewajiban content tidak dipenuhi, status BA dapat dibatalkan secara otomatis.

4. Perhitungan Transaksi
Seluruh transaksi valid yang dilakukan menggunakan BA Code akan dihitung sebagai bagian dari persyaratan transaksi Ambassador, termasuk transaksi personal yang dilakukan oleh Ambassador itu sendiri.

5. Persyaratan Kenaikan Level
Untuk naik ke level berikutnya, seluruh persyaratan pada level tersebut wajib dipenuhi. Ambassador tidak dapat naik level hanya berdasarkan jumlah transaksi apabila persyaratan lainnya belum terpenuhi.

6. Penyalahgunaan BA Code & Self-Referral
BA dilarang menggunakan BA Code dengan cara yang bertujuan untuk memanipulasi transaksi, sistem reward, atau memperoleh keuntungan secara tidak wajar.

7. Penggabungan Diskon & Promo
Diskon BA, reward, atau benefit lainnya tidak dapat digabungkan dengan promo tertentu, kecuali dinyatakan berbeda oleh DeepNActive Apparel.

8. Transaksi Dibatalkan / Refund
Transaksi yang dibatalkan, dikembalikan (refund), atau dinyatakan tidak valid tidak akan dihitung sebagai transaksi untuk kenaikan level maupun perolehan reward.

9. Keaslian Content
Content yang dibuat oleh BA harus merupakan content original/asli dan tidak boleh mengandung klaim yang menyesatkan mengenai produk, harga, promo, maupun DeepNActive.

10. Representasi Brand
Sebagai representasi DeepNActive Apparel, BA diharapkan menjaga sikap, komunikasi, dan citra yang sesuai dengan nilai serta identitas DeepNActive saat menggunakan status BA maupun mempromosikan brand.

11. Ulasan & Rating
BA dilarang memberikan ulasan atau rating yang bersifat merugikan, menyerang, atau tidak sesuai dengan pengalaman penggunaan produk yang sebenarnya terhadap DeepNActive.

12. Tanggung Jawab atas BA Code
BA bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan BA Code miliknya dan dilarang menyalahgunakan atau memberikan akses terhadap BA Code untuk kepentingan yang tidak sesuai dengan program Ambassador.

13. Perubahan Program
DeepNActive Apparel berhak melakukan perubahan terhadap benefit, persyaratan, reward, maupun mekanisme Ambassador Program dengan pemberitahuan kepada BA.

14. Penghentian Status BA
DeepNActive berhak menangguhkan atau membatalkan status BA apabila Ambassador melanggar ketentuan program, menyalahgunakan BA Code, memberikan informasi yang tidak benar, atau melakukan tindakan yang dapat merugikan DeepNActive.

15. Masa Berlaku Reward
Poin atau reward yang diperoleh dari transaksi yang tidak valid, dibatalkan, dikembalikan (refund), atau terindikasi melakukan kecurangan akan secara otomatis dibatalkan.

16. Benefit Setelah Status BA Berakhir
Setelah status Ambassador dihentikan atau dibatalkan, seluruh benefit, diskon, dan reward Ambassador yang belum digunakan dapat dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
